About Us

During the late 1930’s the business of Nick Lenert Plumbing and Heating first opened its doors in the rear portion of the home of Nick Lenert and his family, located on Benton Street, Naperville, Illinois.

What started out as a small “Ma and Pa’ business soon flourished into a full Plumbing Repair, Service, Heating, and Commercial business, each member of the Lenert Family holding a position within the company.

In 1978, (son) Richard and his wife MaryJo Lenert, continued running the family business, incorporating, and changing its name to Lenert Plumbing, Inc.

Present day owners Gary Warren and Raymond Turner joined the company as plumbers in 1984.

In 1988, the company moved its operations to the present location of 1684 Quincy Avenue, Naperville, Ray and Gary continued to help run the business until the consequent passing of Dick and the retirement of MaryJo Lenert.  At which time (at their wishes) Ray and Gary along with employee George Humann, purchased the business in 1992.  George subsequently retired two year later.

Ray Turner (President) and Gary Warren (Vice President/Superintendent) have strived to continue the commitment, to this day, of Skilled Quality Workmanship, Honesty and Reliability.

They have continued to move with the established and growing client base, servicing the home and business owner and their needs in these changing times.  Making sure to keep the family values intact and fore front of our tradition.
